Chère Ismahène,Merci pour votre retour d'experience. Nous sommes navrés de ne pas avoir comblé vos attentes. En effet nous avons éliminé les bouteilles d'eau en chambre par soucis d'écologie. The place was incredibly good :
First things first, I arrived there at 3 pm, I had done my online check-in earlier and had a room in the first floor but I wasn't absolutely satisfied with the fact that it was on the first floor due to possible noisy area etc...
I hadn't even mentioned that while doing the check-in but the receptionist directly asked me if I wanted to change room to a higher floor for no extra fee and I said yes.
I had now a room in the 6th floor, also I asked them if it was possible to have a kettle because I wasn't sure if I would have tea or coffee during my stay, the receptionist said that the coffee machine acts like a kettle as well for hot water but still said that they would send a kettle in my room directly, which they did.
Overall the stay was nice and confortable, the hotel has a very unique style and the hotel team are very kind and helpful, I really enjoyed the stay and would recommend it
