A 2 pas du quartier européen, bien équipé avec ce qu'il faut pour se préparer ses repas.
Certains éléments de mobilier auraient besoin d'être rafraîchis. Quelques serviettes supplémentaires ne seraient pas superflues.

Publié le 5 nov. 2019 sur HotelsBonne situation, il est facile de se garer. L'appartement est spacieux mais l'état général est dégradé. Rideaux et draps tachés, vieille peinture tachée ou écaillée sur les murs, ... cela restait assez limite.

Arrived at 11 pm and the building entrance was too dark. ended up using my phone light to walk in and navigate my way through 3 doors.
Elevator was not working, called the service number with no answer. Couldn't find the lift instructions in the email. I climbed the stairs to the 4th floor with my luggage.
The flush handle was broken in the bathroom!
Minimalist bedroom, bed was clean and comfortable tho.
No complimentary water.
Good space and fully equipped kitchen but it didn't feel comfortable.
I don't recommend it and won't book it again.

Acceptable apartment, awful management
Publié le 9 juin 2022 sur HotelsThe apartment was booked and sold as having a double bed and a double sofa bed. When made sure to add in a request for bedding in the booking information. When we arrived there was no bedding for the sofa bed, on calling the help line they couldn't help and said to message a Whatsapp group, no reply from that for over 24 hours, tried emailing and calling repeatedly.
After 24 hours we finally got a response saying they wouldn't provide bedding for the sofa bed unless an additional 25 euros was paid. Even though it was advertised. After a long call with hotels.com they agreeded the advert was misleading and tried to fix it but the SmartFlats company were being exceptionally stubborn and refusing to help at all.
The apartment was reasonable but having to spend 5 nights on a bed with no sheets as they refused to supply was exceptionally annoying given the significant cost of the apartment.
Overall AVOID this company and find somewhere else as they wont help at all.
