For your convenience, we prioritize self-check-in through a secure smart lock system, allowing you to check in at your preferred time starting from 3 PM. This hassle-free process ensures maximum flexibility for your arrival.

Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive detailed instructions, including step-by-step guidance on using the smart lock.

Access to the property is very straightforward. The parking area connects to the house via a short 5-meter path, making it easy for all guests to arrive and settle in.

Other things to note
We carefully review all profiles before confirming reservations to ensure the residential area remains quiet and pleasant. For this reason, we may ask about the purpose of your stay.

Please note that this property accommodates a maximum of 6 travelers. Beyond this number, we cannot proceed with the reservation. This residence is located in a peaceful area, and we kindly ask all guests to adhere to the house rules.

Important reminders:

Parties and pets are not allowed.
A refundable deposit of €400 is required upon arrival. This will be returned at the end of your stay, provided the rules are respected and everything runs smoothly.
If any rules are violated, we reserve the right to intervene and cancel the reservation immediately. However, if everything goes as expected, we’re confident you’ll have a wonderful time at Solara House.
