Awesome Stay

Not what was expected

Outside is dirty and unkept.
Neighborhood is not great.
Tried to tell the owner some of the issues and they are full of excuses.
It feels like you are staying at someone elses home, too much stuff in cupboards to clean anything. Old chipped and dirty dishes. I did not use any.

I would love to sit here and write a novel on how this review is inaccurate; however, we are blessed with almost 4 years of great reviews to do that for us. This home is Aggie owned and operated, just like the pest control company that takes great care of us. Our home has "too much stuff" hits hard because there is not a request a guest has made, that we haven't gone out of our way to help accommodate.
This guest said our backyard wasn't up to her standards and demanded a full refund during her stay. (The backyard is exactly as pictured on our listing) The same back yard that has seen cheerful ring dunks and graduation celebrations every semester. The same back yard that has been used as a gathering place for families during the holidays and so many other special occasions.
While we tried to help remedy the situation, we were ultimately hung up on and the next thing we heard was this review.
We offer full transparency to all of our guests. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us if you have any questions or concerns.

Fantastic stay

great spot
Publié le 18 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayClean, comfortable, nicely ecorated, close to campus. My only complaint wuld be that maybe they could have some Keurig coffee and creamers compimentary. All other places that i have VBROed or hotels do this. Otherwise was very nice and would stay there again.

We usually do have some coffee in house. I wasn’t aware we had run out. But I’ve got it ordered.
