Room’s floor was not clean. Microwave had German roaches. German roaches in bathroom and scattered every time the door opened. Toilet was not clean. Beds were comfortable. Ac cooled. Desk staff was very nice. Room renos were decent.

I assure you that we have strict guidelines we follow, and cleanliness issues are very important to us and are being addressed immediately with our staff. We are always looking for ways to improve upon the guest experience even with limited staffing. Horrible and then I was woken up by front desk just to tell me he wanted to give me a goodie bag when it was late at night and I had to wake up at 4 am next morning
