Looking for somewhere to stay for two nights or two months? Escape to this brand new designer decorated 1, 200 square foot condo with every amenity to help make your stay memorable as well as extremely comfortable. This 2-bedroom, 2-bath rental boasts a fully equipped stainless steel kitchen, interior decorator appointed furnishings, and thoughtful touches that create an ideal environment for up to 6 guests to enjoy.
You will feel the comfort and coziness of this condo immediately upon arrival. There is a full sized stackable washer and dryer, three 50-inch smart TVs, cable, Wi-Fi, and a wireless printer.
The two spacious bedrooms are both outfitted with king sized beds, down comforters, and high thread count sheets, which sets this condo apart from others. Wall hung TVs in each bedroom allow guests to unwind with a classic movie at the end of a busy day. Here on business? No worries as the master bedroom contains a 60"desk as well as a comfortable desk chair and wireless printer. Ample plush towels made of Egyptian cotton are included in both baths. The master bath has a deep soaking tub as well as a walk in shower. The second bath has a spacious walk in shower with bench. A large closet in the master suite is ready for your extended stay with lots of hanging space and shelving for all of your needs. The walk in closet in the second bedroom also has ample hanging space and shelving.
High ceilings throughout the condo make it feel more spacious allowing you to spread out and take advantage of all of the amenities provided. Utilize top- of-the line stainless steel appliances to whip up home cooked delicacies in the fully equipped kitchen. In addition to the dining room table, which seats four, there is a 2 person breakfast bar at which to share an intimate meal.
This condo offers the ideal destination in Bryan Texas. It is located a short ten minutes from the Texas A&M campus and is located near shops and restaurants. Near the condo is the newly built Republic Steakhouse, First Watch Cafe, and Christopher's Restaurant, just to name a few. St. Josephs Hospital is just one block away, which make this condo so convenient should you need to be near loved ones who are hospitalized for an extended period.

Perfect Game Day Getaway!
We stayed here for 5 game weekends this season! It is in a quiet community that feels secluded but is close to everything. The hosts are lovely people who have great communication and it is obvious that they truly care about their guests. They have created a comfortable and well appointed home. Perfect for game day!
The Broadmoor is a lovely place to stay and perfect for a game day weekend! It is tucked away in a quiet complex but still close to everything. The hosts have created a comfortable and well appointed home and have thought of pretty much everything anyone could need. They have great communication and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. We have already booked more game weekends for this season and will definitely check availability for future events.

We stayed here while my daughter was competing in the junior Olympics. The home was conveniently located to the track as well as dining, groceries, shopping etc. It had all the amenities we needed. The hosts were quick to respond to any questions we had and were gracious in letting us check out late so we could shower after the track meet before traveling back home.

PERFECT spot for Graduation stay
From the clean, stylish and spacious space, to the gracious hosts, this was a perfect landing spot to call home for our Aggie's Graduation. It was only about 15 min. to Reed Arena, and getting around was very easy. The beds we comfy, and the kitchen had everything we needed to fix a hearty breakfast for the family.. We loved our stay here, and would gladly book again for our next Aggie graduation.

We loved the Broadmoor place. Stayed here for a family wedding and great location. We were 10 minutes from everything. Well appointed apartment with kitchen and plenty of room. 5 stars, loved this place.

We were initially disappointed that we were unable to get a room at the hotel where the other wedding guests were staying…. But ultimately we were so happy to be at this condo! It is lovely, very well designed and is located in a quiet community! We were very close to the wedding events, but separated just enough to have our own privacy and space! We loved this place! We don’t have many reasons to go to College Station, but I know where to stay when we do! Thank you! A bottle of wine was left for our enjoyment, and honestly, we were so peaceful and relaxed, that we didn’t feel the need to open it, but thought that it was a very nice touch! Than you again!

Great experience! We had an issue with the lock, and the host was super responsive and had it replaced in record time. Plenty of room, very clean, and kitchen was well stocked. Highly recommend!

Convenient Condo
My husband, son and I stayed at the Broadmoor while in town for a basketball tournament. The Broadmoor definitely beat staying at a hotel. It was conveniently located near many food options, and we enjoyed making a quick visit to the campus of Texas A&M as well. Kenneth was very helpful and easily accessible even though we had no issues. The condo was decorated beautifully and made for an extremely comfortable trip! We would definitely stay here again if we were in town for another tournament!

This property was perfect for us. Two large bedrooms with bathrooms connected and is just what we were looking for. I really appreciate the two king beds, that’s really hard to find in a VRBO. The beds were so comfortable too. The upgrades this property had were impressive, you can tell they have a knack for decorating.
