We could not stay at the hotel after we realized how musty and mildewing the air was In The hotel. Our asthmatic son would not have done well in the room

Very disappointing
Publié le 25 sept. 2023 sur HotelsVery disappointed in this hotel! Had to move rooms because of the smell in the first room. Was informed by the staff, “they have a mold problem”. Spent over $800 for a two-night stay in this run-down hotel! I understand it is a ‘historic’ hotel, but the bedside lamps didn’t work, bathroom fan didn’t work, the beside table was missing it’s drawers, the peeling paint….the list goes on. Sorely in need of some basic TLC!

Cute property in a nice spot but no hot water so no bar or restaurant. And the floor to my room was pretty dirty. The lady at the front desk was kind though.

Love the historic feel, the small town old fashioned Sweetness. The room had everything you needed. Lots of fun and good in ready walking distance train was loud but didn't bother me.
