Publié le 18 sept. 2024 sur HotelsBooked a regular king suite and was given a handicap accessible room instead. The room had a strange odor. The sink was very small with no room to put any toiletries anywhere and without a shower door the entire bathroom floor stayed wet for hours. Called the front desk and was told they were sold out of king rooms. No other solution offered. Left a bad impression after previously pleasant experiences.

Parking is terribly inconvenient. All that land. Nothing around it and you have to park in BFE. The elevators are conveniently located in the spot farthest away from the parking…by the front desk. Lotta walking in that horrible Texas heat and humidity. The staff doesn’t know up from down and could be bothered to figure it out. The coffee shop is inconveniently located out the door, around the way and thru another door, when they finally open. Wouldnt want them to get up too early for the few guests who had walked all over creation after the long trek from the parking lot. You could valet park…if you are lucky enuf to find him working. But what about when it’s time to leave? Hmmmmm. The strange coffee person didn’t know they served breakfast and the breakfast people didn’t know about the coffee shop. Clueless. The inconvenience goes with the location I suppose, since the entire place isn’t close to anything either. I’ll be finding someplace else my next trip. It wind be with Stella.

Overall everything was great. No real concerns. Breakfast didn't start until 7 on the weekend, which we thought was a little late, but we still made it work. There were several of us waiting to be able to eat breakfast. There is really nothing in the hotels immediate area, so would have been nice to open a little earlier. We stay here whenever we come to CS, and it's always been good.

Great Hotel in College Station/Bryan
