Nice interior but not much curb appeal
Publié le 12 août 2024 sur HomeAwayPhotos are very accurate in terms of the interior which was clean and spacious. The neighborhood was very run down and didn’t feel very safe. The hot tub was functional but needed to be maintained a bit (chemicals)

Hi Chris, I'm glad you thought our house was clean and spacious, but am sorry about your feedback on the hot tub and neighborhood. We purposely keep the hot tub chemicals locked up for the safety of our guests traveling with children, but thats not an excuse for the levels to not be perfect. Our housekeepers take care of adding chemicals, so I will make sure they do better. I will say this is the first time we have received this type of feedback so hopefully it was a one time error. As for the neighborhood, it is a very safe area, just 3 blocks from the heart of downtown. There are manufactured homes across the street , but rest assured, they are all good neighbors.

Great location, very clean
Publié le 28 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayGreat location, and very clean. We enjoyed the hot tub after rafting. This is just minutes away from the train depot and downtown Bryson city. Will definitely stay here again.

Too bad about the trailers

But the view fromt the porch was of three or four trailers and maybe beyond sometall w eeds there was a river but we couldn't see it.
Everything ele was fine.

Hi Brenda, We appreciate you staying at our Bryson City house and are glad that you felt everything about the house was fine except for the view. I am guessing from your review that you were expecting a water view, although a water view is never mentioned. We are 3 blocks from the downtown bridge where you can enjoy a water view.There are mobile homes across the street and some of our best neighbors live there. But again, we are glad the house met your expectations.

Family trip

Perfect location
