Great place and great location

Perfect Secluded Getaway in Bryson City

From the moment we arrived, it was evident that the property was well-maintained and immaculately clean. The home itself was incredibly comfortable, offering all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay.
The location was one of the highlights. Nestled in a secluded area within the Great Smoky Mountains, it provided us with the perfect escape from our busy lives. We enjoyed the peace and quiet, with the added benefit of being just a short drive away from Bryson City, Great Smoky National Park, Dollywood, etc.
Overall, our stay was fantastic. The combination of comfort, cleanliness, and a great location made it an ideal retreat. I highly recommend Sophie's Choice for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy the natural beauty Great Smoky Mountains and Bryson City.

Publié le 18 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayVery nice cabin with lots of room for the family. Very nice layout. Everything was very well organized. The host was very responsive to the questions I had. Location to town was very good. The advertised 5 acres is true but most of the acreage seemed to be above the cabin site. We did enjoy hiking up the cut road for exercise.

Beautiful, well-equipped home!

Fireplace. Very clean. We had a question for the property manager that was answered very promptly. It’s a steep drive to the cabin but well worth it! We hope to be back soon!

Family weekend getaway

The beds very comfortable, the hot tub was much needed after a day of sight seeing. Which was planned with the help of the information provided by the home host. Highly recommend.

Nice Home

House is up high but surrounded by many other homes.......along with dogs, barking dogs and visiting dogs. During the day and at night. I wasn't prepared for that. Love Bryson City so the visits there and lunches there made it an enjoyable time with my son and daughter.!

Great Spot for our Polar Express Adventure

Very Easy
Publié le 14 déc. 2023 sur HomeAwayThis landlord was exceptionally available and helpful to answer questions. The driveway is extremely steep, so be careful with vehicles that are not 4-wheel drive. Very well kept and stocked property! We loved our stay!!

We always love to hear that our guests enjoy their stay. Our goal is to help them have a wonderful visit, so yay! We do want to touch on the road scenario as we do understand that mountain roads can certainly catch people off guard if they are not used to them. This property does not require a 4 wheel drive vehicle. We maintain it regularly (as weather permits ~ cannot grade when too dry) and this serves the road well. There is a slight grade to the road and then a steeper section just prior to the driveway. However, when discussing mountain roads, this particular one is not described as steep ~ just a gradual increase in grade. Hope this helps to clarify what to expect upon arrival to our cabin.
