Posted Nov. 30, 2019 on HotelsRooms were not as advertized. Bare with pallets for beds , no furniture no power and no running water. No cold drinks nowhere to get food on arrival. No reception. Miles from anywhere.

Thank you for the time you spent to share your experience.
We apologize for the inconvenience/disturbance you had during your visit.
One of our managers was not on site to show you to the proper rooms that had been completely updated. The photo on Expedia therefore is a true photo.
As for water and electricity, it is conserved during the day, unless of course requested to turn on, especially for urgent matters, as do most of the other remote island hotels in the Bijagos do.
We will certainly take your comments into consideration. We regret that your expectations had not been met, and once again, we apologize.
