The Space:
* Notice: There is a development under construction across Madero street. While occasional construction noise may be heard, the villa’s large size, fence, and abundant greenery help minimize the impact, ensuring a mostly peaceful experience.

Welcome to Casa del Viento! In this spacious property, guests will have full access to the independent apartments on the 1st and 3rd floors (the 2nd floor is occupied by a friend of the owner from January 5 – April 5). Each unit includes a cozy living room and a fully equipped kitchen. Each unit also has a king bed and two full-size beds, there’s plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably. There are only 3 floors total.

The outdoor space is where this home truly shines. A large tropical garden surrounds the expansive pool. From January 5 to April 5, a friend of the owner will occupy the 2nd-floor apartment, so the pool and garden may occasionally be shared. The pool’s generous size and the garden’s ample seating ensure there’s always space for everyone to unwind.

Inside, the home blends rustic, old-Mexican charm with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The kitchens are simple yet fully equipped for preparing meals, and fiber optic internet ensures you stay connected. Whether you’re lounging by the pool or enjoying the traditional ambiance of this unique property, Casa del Viento is a retreat designed for relaxation.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the 1st and 3rd-floor apartments, each with its own living area, kitchen, and private bathroom (one bathroom on the 1st floor, two bathrooms on the 3rd floor). From January 5 to April 5, the 2nd floor will be occupied by a friend of the owner, and the pool and garden areas may be shared occasionally. However, the outdoor spaces are large enough to ensure privacy and enjoyment for all guests.

You’re just two blocks from the beach, two blocks to an Oxxo minimart and a short 6-block walk to Chedraui, the nearest grocery store. Take a stroll through the charming streets of Bucerías, or drive to nearby beaches and attractions.

Getting Around:
The home is ideal for guests who drive or rent a car, as there are multiple private parking spaces available. While Bucerias is very walkable, having a car will allow you to explore the wider area, including nearby towns like Sayulita, Punta Mita, downtown Puerto Vallarta, and La Cruz de Huanacaxtle.
