Lake View Villas at Buchanan Dam. A Farmhouse Villa on the Water!

This charming 1800 sq feet Farmhouse Villa has 4 bedroom, 3 full bath a total of 7 beds - sleeps 14 with a screened in patio big enough for everyone to sit and enjoy overlooking Lake Buchanan with a great view of the Dam. Lake Buchanan is not a constant level lake. Please check LCRA lake levels before booking. We are waterfront and the views are amazing even when the water level varies. Guest can access the lake from the property. For the boaters, Llano County Park is less than a mile from the Villas and offers free place to launch your watercraft. You cannot launch from the property. Once launched, enjoy the short ride around the bend from the Park to the Villa, where you can anchor close to the property. Pack your life jacket and a fishing pole!

Family Reunion
The Farm House is the perfect accommodation for several families or large gathering. Loved all the comfy beds, several options to sit, eat and play games. There is a screened porch facing the lake and a large lawn with shade trees. Kitchen is well stocked with cookware and appliances. We definitely recommend this rental!

We had 14 family members 1 year-82 years for our family lake reunion trip. Everything at the porch house was absolutely perfect! We couldn’t have asked for a better place to gather around and visit, play games and enjoy each other! Great location and great facility! They have everything you need to cook and have fun! Eight 1960s high school friends reunion. Enjoyed our time in this peaceful, charming farmhouse on the lake. Beautiful sunrise and sunset. Loved visiting on the porch, sitting in swing and walking the grounds. The house was comfortable, super clean and had everything we needed.

Perfect 90th Birthday Gathering
We gathered at the Farmhouse for our dad's 90th birthday party, staying a few days before other family joined us for the weekend. For the party, the Farmhouse easily accommodated the 46 people who celebrated with us for the day. And despite the lower water levels at the lake, everyone had a fantastic time walking down to the water, playing games, and a evening fire in the large fire in the pit. The Farmhouse was well stocked with a great kitchen, good towels, and laundry, and comfy beds. We had some fabulous sunrises from the screen porch! Booking was easy and Rena promptly responded regarding any questions. I would definitely stay again!

It was hard to keep the kids busy without internet. Kids wanted to leave the next day. The house was clean well kept and manager was available on text and call.

Wonderful Property
I cannot say enough good things about this property. It was absolutely perfect for our family and was more stocked with essentials than any VRBO property I've stayed in. The house was spacious, giving all of us enough space to be on our own or all together in the numerous gathering places. Rena was so easy to deal with and responded to any question I had immediately. I will definitely be staying here again!

Celebration of life weekend
The place was very clean and just as listed. We had a celebration of life for my brother and plenty of space to host a group of 20. The playground helped out with the two little ones. We would definitely stay here again. 👏

Some friends and I decided to do a lake trip getaway, this house was perfect to accommodate our group, the house is beautiful and so is the property. The lake was very low, but that’s obviously outside the control of the property owner. I’d love to go back once the water levels are back up.

Our family of 7 adults, 1 teen and 2 infants all fit comfortably in this cute farmhouse. The lake is very low this summer so we had a lot of beach front to play on. The screened in porch is a plus to keep the bugs away while enjoying the morning breeze.

Best Easter Vacay Ever
Had the entire family (30+ people) out here for an Easter celebration throughout the weekend and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The house was so beautiful and the views couldn’t be better at this place! You’re surrounded by the lake and at night the sunset is absolutely stunning.
