Depuis quand je suis arrive a Bucharest j`ai telephone 10 fois et c`ete personne qui me reponde .J`ai pas trouve le numero de la rue pour ce appartment et je crois qu'il existe pas .j'avais fait une autre reservation.mais attention pour ces appartement ont peut pas faire une anulation !!!tres etrange!!!!

Hello,Yaron Naveh, the reviewer, never stayed at our property because he cancelled free of charge his booking(s). He did one booking with us on 31st of August, we responded immediately, he never answered back, after which he changed the dates several times, again never answering back. And finally cancelling it.Plus, he doesn't provide any details in his review.I do not understand why Hotels.com allows to be posted reviews by persons who never stayed with us. I will post a complain with Hotels.com for this.Simona @ Bucharest Services Apartments

Smoking room when it should not be allowed.

The apt was nothing great. Communication very bad and the worst problem the apt smells of cigarettes badly

Dear Claudio, Thank you for taking the time to write your feedback! The communication was considered bad by the guest because somehow Hotels.com mobile interface is showing our location at Unirii Square, and not in the Old Town and the City Center. And when he arrived at the apartment, he was convinced that we were indeed in the very city center... Regarding the smoking, we do not allow smoking inside, only on the balcony. Great place, super clean, all rules are followed

As advertised, the location of the apartment in the heart of city is perfect and can't be better. The metro is few meters as well, which is really good since it provides a quick link to the rest of the city. All shops were open, except restaurants. Still patios are open, with heaters. Food deliveries services are plenty to choose from. The apartment's facilities were complete, just like home. Washer, hair dryer, iron, fully equipped kitchen. The living room has a work desk, TV and a lovely dining area. The quiet bedroom has an over-sized closet, in which even a suitcase fits. Matress very comfy. The clean apartment has a fully-equipped kitchen. The place is very comfortable, and very quiet. The black-out drapes in living & bedroom are a big plus. Cleaning was more than great - not a bit of dust, everything was sanitized. Cleaning services are very good indeed and all rules required by COVID-19 are followed. Pre-check-in communication with the staff via WhatsApp was fast, very fast, all needed details were communicated to us before arrival in Bucharest. The check-in was meet and greet, which is great, even in these murky times. The person who waited us was more than careful, used a mask and kept the distancing, even more than 2 meters, and observed all the safety measures. Plus, I got all needed info.

Great apartment with good location

The apartment was great. It had a wonderful view, nice kitchen with washing machine, and a very comfortable bed. The location was close to everything. Simona was there to greet us and was just a phone call away. imona

Decent apartment well located.

Spacious apartment, reasonably comfortable. Location just a couple of minutes walk from Old Town with its many restaurants. Air con worked well in the living room; only a fan in the bedroom. Wifi was fine. No pickup from the train station, as was written on Hotels.com. Drivers apparently on vacation. No late check out, also written on Hotels.com. After check out we were able to store our bags at the office, a ten minute walk away. Owner might consider investing in a couple of decent sized glasses and a new skillet.

Great location and comfortable place

It's located just a few blocks from the center and there are many attractions and shops to visit. The place is renovated, clean and has WiFi and TV. Definitely a great place to stay. As there is kitchen and laundry machine in the place, you can save a lot.

Excellent location near Old Town

Excellent location! Less than 5 minute walk to the restaurants in Old Town. Nice, clean small room with kitchenette, washer, TV with several English speaking channels, small balcony overlooking a restaurant, comfortable bed. No hassle check-in or check-out. Great place as a single traveler. Stayed 3 nights. Simona met me with the key, showed me the apartment, and told me several interesting sights to visit in the area. Thank you for being a great host. Hope to be back soon.
