Die Zimmer entsprechend vom Zustand und Einrichtung nicht dem 4*-Niveau. Die Zimmer mit Blick auf das Parlament liegen an eine auch nachts stark befahrenen Straße bei schlecht isolierten Fenstern.

No Concierge, Bedrooms are very basic. Rubbish bin ion bathroom but not in bedroom. No Kleenex. Only 1 pillow per bed. You are a 3 star, not a 4 star. Huge hotel but no swimming pool. On night 2 I was told that I could not eat dinner in the hotel as they had a group there. After I made a fuss, they let me in and In had a meal off the alacarte menu.

Good over all. Coffee in room was not supplied. Need garbage can in main room.

Gutes Hotel für Sightseeing. 15 Minuten Fußweg zum Palast des Volkes und auch Lipscani ist fußläufig erreichbar (25 Minuten). Innerhalb kurzer Fußwege gibt es leider keine Restaurants. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut.
