Avis HOLT - The Great Gatsby

The apartment was not ready on time. We had luggage, it was raining and cold. We were not allowed in because the cleaning people had not finished!...... we were wet, cold and tired. We had to store our luggage at a separate location while we were stuck outside. Finally get in and there was a leak in the kitchen. Yes they came to fix but we walked in water for day 1. Then they want us to leave the apartment clean but there were NO cleaning supplies. No sponges, wash cloths etc. The decor was pretty, the location was not good. Mostly upset about the poor procedure for getting in an apartment I had already paid for. I would not have had to pay for storage if they let us in on time. If I don't get some sort of compensation I will NEVER use VRBO again.
