La chambre est propre et spacieuse. Attention à l'état général de la moquette cependant et des peignoirs et chaussons mis à disposition. Le jacuzzi est plutôt une grande baignoire chaude (les fonctions de massage ne fonctionnent pas) sans vis à vis et cela fait du bien après une bonne journée de ballade. L'accueil est froid mais cela est général en Roumanie.

TERRIBLE! Carpete sujo. Fechei com parking e café da manhã. NAO TEM: elevador, estacionamento, café , recepção que fale inglês ou espanhol. A Recepção fica no meio de um bar com muita gente fumando Narguilé, nojento, carpete imundo, só ficamos pois era tarde e a cama e o banheiro estavam limpos. Pior hotel que ficamos em 24 dias de viagem. Não é boutique muito menos 4 estrelas. Não têm acolhimento. Subimos 32 degraus carregando mala. Péssimo . Decepcionado com a indicação do HOTELS.COM.

Really a 2 from 10, must have been everything so bad, really and for the price you paid... A 2 star? Guess you are not a business owner and had some terrible grades in school that you feel frustrated.. Thank you for your time

I just wish they kept the AC working because the room felt like oven and unless you insert your room key the ac won’t work !

The apartment we had was really spacious, the balcony was 25 metres long and we loved the hot tub after a day walking around the sights of Bucharest. The apartment is at a roundabout, which can get noisy as local drivers love sounding their horn!! It was a twenty minute walk into the old town but Ubers were really cheap. The number of steps up to the apartment was a challenge at times.

We had higher expectations for this accomodation. The property was undergoing repairs and there was no proper reception desk, check in was fine, but at the time of check out we did not find someone, the doors were lovked and we had to call someone and advise them we had to leave and have been asked to leave the key somewhere in the building. The bed throw was stained, and the toilet flush didn’t work. Also there were roadworks exactly in front of the building and car park, and I asked the staff to let us know if the workers will start on the day of the check out as we had a to leave early from the hotel, but they didn’t inform us and we were nearly to be blocked in the car park.

Yes, we are undergoing repairs, which is a good thing(right) we fix things, we improve, we evolve.We changed the TVs that differ from the pictures on the website, was it a bad thing taht we put bigger TVs? You were instructed at the check-in that the reception opens at 10:00 AM(also this information is presented to you before you reserve a room) and if you leave earlier just leave the card in the room... If the bed was stained or something did not work in the room you could have told us and we would have fixed that or could have changed the room(we can not know everything breaks). Yes they also were fixing the road in front of the hotel(the city NOT us), and yes they also said that 2 days before after your departure they will start working near the parking..

Condition of hotel is really bad

Pictures in marketing material are really old and they are not align with current condition of room/hotel. Carpet was really dirty, bed was not good, pilows were really bad. All in all the hotel is 1 or 2 starts hotel without any services. Hotel is also really noicy.
