Publié le 31 déc. 2022 sur HomeAwayThe property owner never gave me access to the house and she never answered my calls or vrbo couldn't even contact her we had purchased food to cook while we stay there from 12/27/22 to 12/30/22 so all our groceries went bad then vrbo tried to put us in a hotel and there system was down so we contacted friends to send us money for hotel stay and food..this was one of the worst experiences ever

Publié le 14 mars 2020 sur HomeAwayWe have always had a pleasant experience using vrbo but this past Holiday weekend the renter denied access to the property a few minutes before my family and I arrived. It was a great inconvenience to us all as vacancies were scarce in the poconos area. Thankfully your team placed us in a hotel for the night but we had to end our vacation abruptly 1 day into our 4 day weekend.
