Lovely stay

Publié le 12 août 2021 sur HotelsHotel is much better inside than it appears from the outside. Service was excellent, our original room smelt of smoke and the staff dealt with it straight away. They provided us with complimentary drinks and moved us to another room.

No servicing of rooms, restaurant closed, bar deserted (no staff). Breakfast was buffet with awful scrambled egg substitute with undercooked everything! Just unwelcoming and no effort made to create a welcoming atmosphere. Blamed everything on COVID. Charged as if it was a full service hotel but no service at all. Very disappointing.

The staff members were very helpful and went out of their way to help.
We would stay here again.
