Lovely location and staff
Publié le 14 oct. 2020 sur HotelsLovely caravan, and site the shower was a little dirty but aside from that we were happy with the stay, staff were lovely and the beach although a fair walk away is beautiful!! Would defo stay again for the price, we also had food at the local pub which was amazing!

We didn’t actually stay because they cancelled our caravan and sold it to someone else at a more expensive rate. Found out 2 days before we traveled, absolutely fuming

Not up to standard
Publié le 19 avr. 2017 sur HotelsWe arrived booked in and the accommodation was not what we expected having chosen Gold standard which obviously was more expensive. The place was very dirty. We complained and we were moved. The overall appearance was better however, we had to call the engineer out 3 times in our short stay for boiler problems.

I'm really sorry to hear that your recent stay was a less than satisfactory one. I will be sending your remarks on to Widemouth Bay so they can learn from this and do better next time.
