Our stay at the hotel was marred by poor communication and service. We were told while checking in all our stay details would be in the room but our info sheet after 1 day had inaccurate information as the hotel moved from a high to low season offering without notifying us, and in spite of the fact we paid the same price for each day of our stay.
There was a lot less service, food options, water taxis and we were not told about this and ended up with several issues, like being left in Budva town with no water taxi back, one food option which is an expensive restaurant with limited pool snack options. The beach, pool and breakfast were nice but the service is not that of a 5 star hotel.
