Mass construction site, stay somewhere else
Publié le 24 juin 2024 sur HotelsMajor construction going on all around the hotel. We couldn’t get a taxi to the door, had to stumble through dangerous streets just to find a way in. Our room was then above all the construction and got woken up very early to loud sounds. We arrived early and the front desk made us sit at the pool for 4 hrs and couldn’t even expedite our room. We were expecting some service and comfort going up to this price range and all we got was noise, discomfort and the worst view of our trip.

We understand how frustrating it must have been to navigate through it.Regarding your early arrival, we understand your desire for immediate room access. Unfortunately, due to high occupancy on that day, housekeeping might not have completed cleaning by your arrival time. However, we should have communicated this more effectively and offered alternative solutions like luggage storage or amenities at the pool area while you waited.We'd like to offer you as a sincere apology for the disruptions caused by the unexpected noise:A room upgrade on your next stay, subject to availability.We are constantly working to improve guest experiences despite external factors. Publié le 18 oct. 2023 sur HotelsGóð móttaka, vingjarnlegt starfsfólk. Leiðileg aðkoma, lyfta/stigagangur upp á 2.hæð annar gangur/lyfta upp í herbergi, og svipað ef komið er ígegnum verslunarmiðstöðina. Morgunmatur agætur, ekki gott kaffi.Fínt herbergi.

Hotell i fint skick med väldigt bra frukost som hade ett stort utbud
Enda nackdelen var att det var svårt att hitta till och krångligt då det gällde garaget
Hotellet ligger i ett köpcenter

The hotel was superb and the staff were lovely and helpful. Rooms are spacious. We booked the Penthouse and it was large and comfy.
Only disadvantage is the garage entrance gets packed sometimes because of the visitors are the area but the hotel members do all they can to accommodate you.

Fantastic location to explore budva and surrounding areas, staff very attentive, thoroughly enjoyed our stay for 5 nights.
