*For those with mobility issues, please note this is a remodeled historic cabin with minimal changes in floor height as rooms were added throughout the years by different owners.

*Base rate is for 2 guests; each additional guest is $25/per night. Each day guest is $25/day.

*Maximum number of people on site is 6 (six), per Chaffee County.

*Dogs/pets are not allowed on site. Guest is required to complete the Pet Addendum with a service dog present on site.

*Hot tub is cleaned and sanitized between each guest reservation by a separate, licensed, & professional hot tub contractor, not the housecleaner.

*Host reserves the right to charge guest appropriate extra guest fee from guest security deposit if unauthorized and additional guests are on property (day or night) than stated on reservation.
