The contact person never responded to us and never gave us the info needed to get into the apartment. We needed to find another place to stay at the last minute. I recommend that people avoid VRBO and Expedia, due to the lack of response, lack of access, lack or refund, and the need to incur higher costs with alternative lodging.The worst customer service ever.
