I would not ever book this place again. The beds were not made. Towels ragged and musty smelling. Tub shower filthy scum on walls. Yucky left over soap and a scummy loofa. No bath mat. No face washcloths. No dish towels to fry used dishes. Filthy silverware. Stove filthy. No way to access local news. Tv very small. Living room furniture dirty. Could not sit on it. Kitchen window left open with no screen allowed flys in house. No full length mirror to check clothing. This place should be removed from BRBO listings.

Unpleasant Experience
When I arrived, there was no smoke detector or carbon monoxide detector on the premises, even though it said so in the listing. They did correct that luckily. There were also no blankets when I arrived. I was provided with blankets eventually, but they were dirty; one of them had actual dirt on the bottom. The toilet wasn't clean. The shower curtain liner was disgusting. The stovetop was gross. Something had spilled both inside the fridge and on the fridge, and it hadn't been cleaned up. There's random stuff presumably from past guests in many of the cabinets and drawers. And it's dusty. The location is fine, but there's not much immediately around it, so if you're not driving here, it would be best to find somewhere closer to some sites, stores, and restaurants. The property manager responds fairly quickly to questions and concerns (like the missing detectors and blankets), which is good but not enough to overshadow the negative aspects of this place. Overall, I wouldn't recommend staying here, especially if you'll be here for more than one night.

This was a 2 night rent with my family it was quiet, decently decorated. The only recommendation I’d say would be the cleaning I had to scrub the tub out before I would use it. The toilet had been fixed recently and had it all over sides of toilet which made it feel dirty. Other than these 2 issues I’d rent it again. They left towels, soap, hair dryer which was great I forgot mine!, they had an iron. The beds are so comfy u definitely get good night sleep for sure!

The following is needed- more towels, washcloths, hand towels, bath mat, kitchen towels and dishcloths, coffee pot, top sheets for beds, mirrors in bedrooms, and clothes hangers. It looks like this property is a work in progress. Also, make sure it is cleaner before guests arrive.

Great value on a nice apartment
The apartment is comfortable enough. The rental fee is very reasonable. I'd definitely rent again if we're in the area. A couple of improvements would be a better stocked kitchen and ensuring the linens are complete and clean. The tablecloth was stained and looked dirty. Only the fitted sheet was provided, no top sheet. Not huge deals, but something we've come to expect.

Decent place to stay. Looks like the owners did some updates. The place was fairly clean. A deep clean should be done on the floors and the bathroom. My daughter and i had to clean the bathtub and scrub the floor. Other than that the place was quiet and closer by the things we wanted to do

Would not recommend for anyone with children and if something happens like the other tenants that are renting have a huge out of control party no one is going to do anything for you, you will just have to deal with the noise the rude people the banging on your door the peeing in the yard. The disrespect to not make them leave and force us to deal with it was unacceptable.

I understood this property would be "no frills" and that was ok with me. What wasn't ok was that it was not as advertised. There are NOT 2 queen beds. 1 bedroom (near the kitchen) has a queen bed frame with a double mattress. Also NO internet the entire time we were there. I wouldn't stay here again.

It's a nice.place.for stay, It's located about 40 minutes away The Niagara Falls Park, Downtown Buffalo is about 10 minutes, i could see the owner is working updating their Stuff and Bathroom. I contacted to the host asked for WiFi password and he answered quick.

It has tons of space. It's very basic and minimal, but it was a cheap place to sleep for the night. Things to improve in my opinion.. Curtains instead of blinds, add a dresser or at least a hang up bar in bedroom closets, put both sheets on beds, not just the fitted, extra blankets, towels for at least 4 guests, coffee table in living room, better communication before guests arrive. Post wifi password and check out instructions at rental so guests don't have to ask for them after arrival.

Quaint little place
Nice location and neighborhood. There were a couple of nice little extra touches that made me feel welcome, six pack of water, candy dish, memory foam mattresses and clean comfortable bedding. The property seemed incomplete in its renovations but none the less, efforts were made to improve this very old home with great potential. Thank you Mohammed for an overall nice stay.
