It was not a hotel, on a dead end street, in bad part of Tonawanda. We saw no one come or go in over half hour we sat in parking lot. We called to cancel, talked to Juan and told him our problems with this reservation,he told us to do what ee haf to do???

Kayaking stop over
This hotel was cute. The location was right along the highway but tucked back off the main road making it a safer location for vehicles. The room was small but enough for my husband and I. The breakfast was breads, pastry, and cereals. Overall I would stay here again.

Nice hotel, has a retro style but the public transport near it is a bit far and not many options nearby without some walking. Check the bus times to see when they come, its every hour!

The hotel is conveniently located near the highway, yet quiet. Ample parking that is included with the room rate. The room itself was basic, but clean with great A/C , so it met our needs perfectly. Check-in and check-out was easy , though the woman at the desk during check-in seemed grumpy the whole time. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

There were no toiletries provided in the bathroom besides a travel-size bar of facial soap. The complimentary breakfast was limited and consisted of only carbohydrates (bagels, cold cereal, mini-muffins, and oats); additionally, beverages weren’t offered besides black coffee. A musty smell pervaded the entire hotel. No smoking floor smells cigarettes, the sink was broken and it looks like the glue it , the faucet in the shower needs repair since half water is wasted and the other doesn’t go up to the shower head. Staff was friendly i think management is not taking care of property. It was overpriced and nothing to enjoy in the hotel !

The hotel was very quiet and clean which I enjoyed. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is vintage and feels very like I’m at home. Breakfast is included in the stay and the tv has basic cable. Check in and check out was very easy and smooth. I was able to check in 2 hours before my check in time. I definitely plan on staying here again!
