Spacious, clean, all the essentials

Note the tub and bathroom could use some updates, but that wasn’t an issue for us. Also the floors are slightly sloped throughout like many old homes; just a note for anyone with balance issues. Brian was very responsive with questions I had and you can’t beat the location. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a quiet, spacious place to stay in the area.

This is large, convenient property with a responsive host

This host was great to work with, as we had to make a late cancellation on a different date and this host worked with VRBO and us to change the dates and make the travel still happen (even past the refund period). We really appreciated it. The host was onsite during check in, was warm & friendly, and provided bottled water and coffee.
We really liked the layout of the property & location and that was our main reason for choosing it. As listed in some other reviews, this property is very old, and so yes, the floors are uneven and creaky, but that's the way it is. The beds were comfortable. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Amazing home and host

The neighborhood was absolutely amazing and so close to everything in Buffalo. I cannot think of a more perfect location. The host Brian was very responsive and made our stay perfect. We will be coming back!

Perfect location!
Publié le 31 juill. 2023 sur HomeAwayWe had an amazing stay at Brian's property. The location is in the best neighborhood in downtown Buffalo. We were in walking distance to shops and restaurants, as well as less than 2 blocks from the Buffalo Zoo and Delaware park and the historic Darwin Martin House by Frank Lloyd Wright.
Brian was an incredible host and very responsive to the few times we needed something specific. He was friendly and spent time chatting with us and getting to know us and gave us great restaurant suggestions. The check in process was simple and the apartment was exactly as described. There was plenty of comfortable furniture to sit and visit, as well as a big dining table for us all to eat at together.
The sheets, bedding and towels were fresh and clean, the apartment was charming and the front porch was a great place to spend hours just sitting and enjoying the quiet neighborhood.
All in all, I'd say it was the best vacation stay of the ones we've had over the last few years. We would definitely book again without hesitation.

Lovely Historic Home in Great Neighborhood
