**Points Positifs :**
- La chambre était propre.
- L’hôtel était calme et peu bruyant malgré la proximité de l’aéroport.
- Le stationnement était facile d’accès.
**Points Négatifs :**
- La piscine était très sale.
- Le personnel, bien que présent, n'était pas très accueillant.
- Il y avait une drôle d’odeur dans les corridors.
- Le déjeuner offert était très basique : œufs brouillés, bacon, pommes, oranges, pain, un gaufrier et quelques pâtisseries.
**Conclusion :**
Je donne un 6/10. Je ne suis pas fâchée, mais je n’y retournerais pas.

- The hotel was quiet and not noisy despite being close to the airport.
- Parking was easy.
**Negative Points:**
- The pool was very dirty.
- The staff, while present, was not very welcoming.
- There was a strange smell in the hallways.
- The breakfast offered was very basic: scrambled eggs, bacon, apples, oranges, bread, a waffle maker, and some pastries.
**Conclusion:**
I give it a 6/10. I am not angry, but I would not return.

- Les draps de lit d'un des deux lits étaient hyper froissés on dirait qu'ils avait été sechés maintenus pressés par une presse hydrolique et de me faire dire qu'ils ne repassent pas les draps quand je me suis plaint. Et j'ai du demander de comparer les deux lits et demander de changer de draps.
- rideau de douche avec des taches de saletés et baignoire mal lavée.

Very clean, quiet in the room but it is right in front of the airport so there is some plain noise but it did not disturb me at all. Restaurants around. I recommend 100%

Comfort Inn and Suites at the airport location
Publié le 4 oct. 2024 sur HotelsThis was a great hotel n location. The hotel was clean, beds were comfortable and I can not forget about the amazing hot breakfast. The staff was very attentive to our needs of going the extra Mile to make us turkey sausage because we don’t need pork or beef. Ella without standing in me sure the food was enough when it got low. The cook was amazing would mention her name but I forgot her and the guy that worked Monday, September 23, 2024. The lady at the front desk was awesome. Ella sister. From now on when I visit my family in Buffalo, the Comfort Inn and suites at the airport is where I will be staying. I can’t say enough about how clean, friendly, comfortable convenient and of course the breakfast was kudos to all the staff that was involved in our stay from September 20 2024 until September 23, 2024. Thank you for all your help and kindness.

We booked a two-queen room for my wife, my son and myself. Upon booking, there is the option for special requests. I simply mentioned I'd appreciate a room facing the airport if available.
Upon entry to the the room, we discovered a single King bed. The usual lumpy pull out was available. We called the front desk to get the proper room and were told no rooms were available. The staff member did not apologize, was borderline rude and showed zero empathy. You'd think even a small credit would be appropriate. Expedia even reached out and were denied. The staff member went so far as to lie and suggest we contacted the hotel and said the airport view was a priority. Absolute nonsense. The hotel is mediocre at best and is showing its age. Mistakes happen, not a big deal, but lying and showing zero empathy gives this place a 1-star in my books. Proximity to the airport was the only plus.

Thank you for your feedback. Considering you asked for a "room with a view of the airport " and the desk said the only rooms that face the airport are Kings with full size sofa sleepers...you were ok with that. You had occupied the room for a few hours before decided you would want to swap back to your previous room type however the hotel was sold out at this time. We apologize for the issue of honoring your request for a room facing the airport to the best of our abilities.
