We have stayed here many times. The room we stayed in this time seemed tired and the furniture needed cleaning or replacing. The trim around the door in the bathroom was very bad and needed painting. The staff is always very nice.

My wife and I spent our 15th year at this hotel for Christmas. We always enjoyed the cleanliness and the staff. Breakfast is not as good as in pre-pandemic years, but still OK. We love this hotel.

The workers were friendly. However it was unfortunate that the pool was closed and we had no warn g. Also we arrived 30 min after check in time and our room still wasn’t ready which was frustrating f.

Not the best stay.
We had no hot water in our room for the duration of our stay. When I spoke with the front desk I was told that 1 of the 3 hot water tanks is broken and ownership doesnt seem to keen on fixing it because its only an issue when the hotel is sold out. The pool area is also closed because something is broken. The breakfast offering was very minimal amd the ice machines on every single floor were broken. Ive stayed here a handful of times over the last 4 years and it has never been this bad. Its outrageous to charge as much as they are when basic amenities aren't available. The front desk staff and manager were very polite and professional. Its not their fault ownership doesnt seem to want to invest anything into the property.

Annual Buffalo Trip
We always drive up for the last Buffalo home game of the year, we have stayed at this location prior in the exact same room number as before and noticed that the same lamp that was broken a year ago and didn’t work is still in the room, the shower head is wonky, you have to put up a fight just to get washed off, it swivels and moves around on its own, needless to say it’s quite the workout to get cleaned off. Staff is wonderful, housekeeper I’m not sure of his name but he was so nice, breakfast is really good as well. Overall it’s a great place, the cost is high for still having broken lamps etc..

Nice staff. Decent room. Decent breakfast. Got stuck in a room with adjoining room door. You can hear everything through it. So it was a fairly noisy stay.

The staff were very friendly. The location is great if you’re going to the bills game. Very easy to get an Uber. The room was clean. However, the bathroom needs work. I was a house cleaner for 10 years and the shower needs a good scrub… there was mold and pink mold in it.
