Thanks to Jeffrey who is just awesome, always ready to help. I had to stay longer at the hotel and he made everything easy for me. Excellent service !

The overall experience was excellent! Check and check out was easy and fast. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious super clean

Always stay here when dropping off or picking up my daughter (University of Buffalo student). Great place & walkable to her housing!!

I have been staying at Hampton Inn Amherst many times in this last year as my child is a freshman at University at Buffalo. We chose it because it is a nice clean place, close to the school, and it includes a breakfast which offers a good assortment of foods, and is a great value. And I rank this hotel in all areas highly, except for the front desk staff. There are people maybe three people who are always nice and helpful. Then there are others, primarily who seem to work the afternoon/evening shifts who I don't know if they are trainees or what, but who are so rude, barely say hello, barely answer your questions. It has happened on each of my visits, and it has bothered me enough to reduce my overall rating to a three. If not for this, I would rate it a 4 or 5.
