Vinyl floors peeling black mold in bathroom, one bed with stains, one folding chair and table stained. Hotel looked nothing like the picture on Expedia. Very disappointed

Beware!!!
Publié le 19 oct. 2024 sur HotelsThe sheets had black hair all over them so I went to the front desk and asked to change rooms. Well gentleman was nice and changed my room but this room was even worse. The toilet seat was up and had urine and feces on it. He then sent me to another roombut when I turned blankets down there was more black hair all over the blankets and dead bed bugs and makeup marks on the pillow. They are not changing the sheets . they do not clean the rooms. When I moved the bed there was clothing underneath it from the previous guests and filth.

Nothing was unique about this property. Bathroom was filthy tub was filthy room stink.
