very well decorated for xmas, the breakfast was very good and well serviced.
unfortunatly the service maid stole a bag full of high priced clothing purchased during black friday sales....they retourned the goodsayibg it was a mistake and was in the garbage bin. convinient!!!! hotel management completly brushed us of saying it was a mistake. a beautiful establishment runed by one staff of the personel. I travel all over the world alot poorer then Buffalo and have never incountered thief in my room. And a even less carring management staff...shame on you.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Once again I am extremely sorry about what happened with your shopping bag. This was a mistake that should have never happened and we have spoken to our entire housekeeping staff about this with them. Our housekeeping staff I can assure you did not steal these items. As I was with our housekeeping manager when this bag was pulled out of the dumpster. Once again I truly apologize about this mistake that happened during your stay and I am glad we were able to get everything back to you.
