The so-called butlers are excellent; there's a free drink upon arrival from the bar and the complimentary breakfast, cooked-to-order (!), is top-drawer. Bathrooms could use more hooks or towel-racks, but that's a quibble. A memorable stay.

The Mansion on Delaware excels at customer service. The butlers went out of their way to assist, even heating up our leftover food from the precious evening to have for lunch. Each evening offered a complimentary cocktail or glass of wine and complimentary breakfast each morning served by the butler on duty. I highly recommend this property!

The bathroom definitely needs some updating as well as the beds (very lumpy and soft). The AC was quite loud. It was a neat first time experience for the kids in an old mansion

The stay at The Mansion on Delaware Avenue was a quality stay because of the great staff and quiet neighborhood, we only stayed one night and didn’t have much to complain about, I would’ve liked a mini fridge in our room and the floor in the bathroom was a bit undercleaned . Other than that the beds were great the freee complementary breakfast was delicious! Overall a great experience! I would recommend anyone to stay here because it was definitely worth every penny! :)

The view from our room was nice, the staff were super accommodating. The pillows were all too poofy. The location, for us (going on the garden walk of Buffalo) was excellent.

A beautiful historical building! Our room was on the 4th floor and had modern appointments but the bathroom definitely needs updating. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. Overall it was a great stay.
