Smelly & dirty hotel. My family felt like the area is not safe. Heared bangging and screaming outside.
We found cockroach in the bath tub. No shower curtain. Dirty flooring. Dirty headboard. The fridge not working, no cable/plug. We felt like it's dangerous place to sleep.

We got locked out as well and there wasnt even anyone there to let us in. We had to go all the way home at 1 am and wait till morning to ask to be let in for our belongings

Hotel is a throw back to the good old days and is super cute. Room was clean and comfortable, could have used a chair in the room, also didn’t have a blow dryer ( will remember for next time). They are in the middle of remodeling but didn’t bother us. We will definitely come back the next time we are in Buffalo.

I booked a deluxe room with 2 beds
but i got a room with single bed, and we're 3 people
how would we adjust on single bed?
asked hotel reception, they said they received 1 bedroom booking request from expedia and told me that they have same prices for single room and double room, and he said there is no other room available.
We had no other choice rather to sleep on floor by one of us.
worst experience ever, i need my money refund asap

Do not book here. Arrived and place in very poor condition. They said they did not have my reservation nor did they have the apartment room at this site. Left but they charged my visa.

No breakfast unlike the website said. Toilet was broke, the mini fridge was disgusting, used bars of soap in the bathroom, dirty towels.

False advertisement and filthy
Publié le 23 août 2024 sur HotelsRoom was advertised as king bed with jetted heart shaped tub…. For room I was given was a double queen went back up to desk and showed my reservation and stated jetted tub with king bed. The person checking me in said “ oh I don’t think we have those jetted tubs” I was like well it’s clearly advertised on the website so that’s false advertisement. The room was dirty, floors dirty, smelled gross, bathroom was disgusting I did not stay I left and was out $100+ for the one night stay that I didn’t even stay for was to disgusted
