Escaliers en colimaçon pas adapté à tous et pas mentionné sur l'annonce personne âgée ou à mobilité

Publié le 6 août 2024 sur HomeAwayWe've just got home after a really good stay at Casa Rosa and we can't recommend the place enough. Casa Rosa itself is set in a very quiet part of the village and we had a really peaceful, quiet atmosphere. The property has everything you need to unwind and relax and several outdoor spaces to escape from, or enjoy the sun! The village itself is lovely and the locals are very friendly, kind and polite. We enjoyed days out in surrounding villages and towns, there are too many nice ones to name individually but we particularly enjoyed Scanno, Pacentro and Sulmona.Abruzzo really is a beautiful region and we will definitely return to this property. Thanks again Joanna and family you are great hosts!

Wonderful stay in Abruzzo

She had a lot of great suggestions! She suggested the artichoke festival in Prezza and it was a highlight of our trip!

Wonderful stay at Casa Rosa
Publié le 16 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayCasa Rosa exceeded our expectations. The inside is cosy and comfortable, with a well equipped kitchen and a comfortable bed. We enjoyed spending time in each of the three outdoor areas. The roof terrace was perfect for eating in the evening as the sun went down over the valley. The garden area was a perfect space for daily yoga.
Parking was good and easily accessible. Casa Rosa provided an ideal base for walking from the door and in the local area. It was easy to drive to Sulmona and explore the town and enjoy its cafes, history and market.
Communication from Joanna was exemplary being detailed, timely and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Away from the crowds
Publié le 18 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayOff the main tourist beat in a quiet little village. Easy access to many wonderful places but only if you have a car. The village itself is very quiet with just a few facilities - bar, small food store, pharmacy - but only a 15min drive to the large town of Sulmona which has all you need and a great market on Wednesday and Saturdays.
The house is comfortable, with a couple of lovely outdoor areas for the warmer weather.
Bedrooms and bathroom are on the first floor accessible only by a narrow spiral staircase - tricky for anyone with mobility issues.

Excellent and quiet house! Well stocked….

Kitchen very well stocked with everything you need…very quiet area with stunning views. 15-30 minutes to beautiful Sulmona, Raiano and Pacentro. Hope to come back again…

Publié le 8 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayCasa Rosa was incredible!! The hosts, Joanna and Dave, were so helpful and their communication with us was exceptional. I would stay at Casa Rosa again in a minute!! The property itself was in such a great location, so close to a major city like Sulmona, but very peaceful and quiet. Enjoying a glass of vino on the rooftop terrace while watching the sunset behind the mountains was a definite highlight of our trip!! Thanks Joanne and Dave!
