Très très vieu Hotel, le personnel ne parle pas très bien anglais!!! L’attente au restaurant est immense, énorme malgré le faite qu’il n y a pas grand monde ! Vraiment je vous déconseille cet endroit !

This hotel has been my regular place for myself and my family to relax whenever we make a trip for Genting Highlands. Their services and attitude has always been one of the best experience. They are very willing to accommodate to your needs. But sadly the dining options is very limited and I’d love to have the cigar lounge back. Although not many will be going but I do think having that as an option will be fantastic. Also I do hope that the wild monkeys are plan to be dealt with as they impose danger to young kids or infant. As they are not friendly and may intrude your rooms to take whatever they want to. But the place is just a perfect place. I’d love to get back there when Theo presidential suite is ready.

The room design was poor and maintenance was significantly lacking. Basic maintenance had not been done.

Dear Katsushi, Warmest greetings from The Chateau.Guest comments, whether positive or otherwise, is essential in our continuous effort to improve the hotel services and facilities as well as give us better understanding of our guest's needs. Please do accept our sincere apologies in your recent stay experience with the shortfall expectations, time and interest you have taken to highlight your deep dissatisfaction with water supply at the swimming pool changing room. We had no alternatives but to take necessary actions at a short notice to rectify the defects or we would have to endure more complains due to it. We have always ensured that we placed our circulated letter in all our guestrooms to inform them about any activities in the hotel that may cause some discontent during their stay. While care had been taken to ensure minimal disruption to the everyday operations and comfort of guests, we have taken note of your comments and shall monitor all upgrading works more closely in future.
