The hospitality is exceptional. They could add on some more channel options on the TV or rather some Netflix

The property is in a good area, check in was smooth. The issue is, we faced bugs crawling on us all night which kept us up. These bugs were also found in the bathroom. The room also didn’t have air conditioning so it was beyond hot. Parking is available but it is street parking. We were told the car was safe as they have a security guard but when we came out in the morning, we found a local washing our car (scratching it in the process) and then wanting money. Overall, would avoid

Hi Jordan, Thank you for your feedback. So sorry to hear that your experience was less than satisfactory. There has been a surge in mosquitoes citywide and we have recently engaged a service provider to spray for this which has drastically helped reduce this nuisance. We do have an option to books rooms with aircon units - our Superior and Deluxe rooms have aircon units in them.We have security daily 6pm-6am and we continuously monitor the carpark - apologies for your experience which was out of the norm.

Cockroaches as roommates is uncomfortable. Hotel needs updating and renovations.

Small beds, unclean towels placed on floors, dingy dusty unclean bathrooms, walls, overall a 2 star motel at best

Thank you for taking the time to send us feedback after your stay with us in February. We are sorry that you had an unpleasant stay however, to clarify, we use grey bath mats on the floors not dirty towels, our rooms have standard double beds which we describe on our listing. Apologies that you found the bathroom to be dingy and dusty, we certainly ensure that these are cleaned and fresh with every stay. We appreciate your feedback. Take Care
