The most outstanding experience about our stay was without doubt the customer service.
The call to check when we were arriving, the friendly guy that provided our keys, the terrific restaurant staff, and the really happy and friendly housekeeping team.
On top off all of this we were pleasantly surprised to hear we were getting a meal discount that was welcoming and totally unexpected.
The room was clean, nice comfortable bed and the aircon did it’s job and we were toasty warm on a really cool night.
Thanks so much!! We will be back 👍

My reason for the stay was work, the rooms were great and with the restaurant next door made it safe and simple to grab a meal and drinks before heading back to the room. It was a busy reserved table Friday nashville night with a very good country singer at 8pm, I didnt book a table but the staff were great to take our orders and find a table after, making it a good stay.

Checking in is very smooth. The receptionist was friendly & have a smily face. Love the vibes of the Rose restaurant next to the hotel. Alot of eateries i.e pizza & thai food within a walking distance. Easy to park as the hotel provides parking for us. Highly recommend

The shower and carpet were filthy. Shower had black mould in it. The room smelt musty and horrible. Booked for two nights but left after the first night because it was so gross.
