Grand appartement fonctionnel avec de nombreux équipements, garage. La terrasse est entourée de murs. Aucune décoration dans l'hébergement, uniquement des murs blancs, ce qui rend l'espace de vie froid, fade. Le canapé est hors d'âge ! Il faudrait penser à le changer. La communication est horrible. C'est au client d'appeler pour avoir les informations. Quand vous êtes étrangers, c'est un réel problème. Nous avons dû nous rendre au Mac Donald pour pouvoir appeler sur Whattsapp, sinon nous n'aurions pas pu accéder à l'appartement. Je ne recommanderai pas cet hébergement.

Hi Jean, We understand the frustration. We did try and communicate with you over Expedia to let you know we did not have a contactable mobile number for yourself. As soon as you made contact with us with our after hours service we emailed you your check in details immediately and you checked in within minutes. We do pride ourselves with the level of communication with our guests and I am sorry you did not feel that. We contact all guests and confirm all details in their booking two days prior to arrival as long as we are able to email of have an Australian mobile number to reach them. We did see this as an issue for your booking hence the reason we communicate with you prior to arrival.

Une maison de 110 m2 environ avec jardin bien amenage. Maison spacieuse avec garage. On y reviendra

Although the property was very suitable for the nights stay it is very ‘tired’ and needs maintenance. Beds were comfortable . Kitchen was more than adequate. Receptionist was very helpful.

Comfy family stay

We had a great stay with the kids. We stayed two nights had everything we needed in the apartment. Great communication friendly cleaners. Will definitely be staying again.

This is a basic, budget property as reflected in the price. However we were surprised at the standard of cleaning which was very poor. Kitchen counter had food scraps, dust everywhere, walls badly scuffed and generally grotty. The outdoor area was grim and dirty and looked like a prison. Light in bathroom had no shade and exposed fittings. No bedside table or lamps in the second bedroom. Very basic linen and very thin towels. Shampoo had already been used. What was really awful though was that cleaning staff knocked on our door and then barged in (it was open a crack) at 9.30am saying they were ready to clean the room and when were we leaving. Checkout is 10am. We pay for the room until that time. Such an invasion of privacy and incredibly rude. Knock on the door after 10am if you must, but not before. I had previously stayed at this place about 12 years ago and it was nice. I don’t think much has been done to it since then. It’s very run down and grubby now.

This was the perfect property for our stay.It was clean, It had a kitchen and laundry which is so important for a family of 5.Checking in and out was simple and easy and the lady I met at reception was so friendly and welcoming.We will definitely stay here again.It was the best value for money out of the other places in Bundaberg.
