Jenny this is disappointing. For clarification everyone - Jenny never stayed as she didn't cancel her booking through Expedia so they still charged her for the booking. As I explained to her we cannot do anything about that as only contacting Expedia herself can fix that.

Convient stay purpose planned close to our function. Easy friendly check in. Basic no frills but that's what on offer so delivered. Room deodorises used by motels these days are always a bit funky but being able to have windows open due to security screens helped negate this. All in all delivered on what is stated. Recommended for stays near airport, Uni or recreational precinct.

Staff were great nice place, but cleanliness wasnt so good in the bathroom. Other then that, was good xxxstar

Staff extremely helpful. Very respectful, warm and friendly with a professional manner.
Provided clear information on transport and cafes etc in the local area. Followed up booking promptly. A fine service.
