Staff were helpful, it was dog friendly so we could take our pup with us. Although the room felt a little dated, it had what we needed for the night.

I wasn't able to check myself and my 4 year old into our room. Received no email or SMS on how to get into our room. Travelled 8 hours and when we got to Bundaberg reception was closed and no one answered my emails or no answer on their after Hours phones number! My son and I had to sleep in our car on the side of the road.

Our cabin was very small but very clean and the park was well managed.

Thanks for this great review. We do have several different size cabins /motel rooms available. They vary in pricing. When guests self select rooms we dont get the opportunity assist with room size guidance. We do pride ourselves on presenting our rooms to a high cleaniliness standard. we are so glad you appreciated this . We so look forward to hosting you again. Safe onward travels.
