Personnel accueillant et très agréable. Bon emplacement surtout pour aller voir les tortues sur la plage de "mon repos". Un peu juste au niveau de l'entretien général surtout en début de saison d'été. Les chambres ont une bonne literie un tout petit peu juste au niveau de l'entretien (poussière et toile d'araignée...). L'équipement général est correct. Le petit déjeuner continental un peu juste.

Didn’t have enough toilet paper or enough towels for two adults. Half a role of toilet paper and one towel for two adults two night stay.

Hi SamarahThanks for taking the time to leave us feedback on your stay with us, we are sorry to hear you were inconvenienced during your stay here. The gentleman had come and got another towel from Reception on your arrival day. When you called outside office hours at 7am the following day, you were informed we could correct this at 8.30am, we tried to call multiple times and when staff went to take an additional towel again there was a man holding an infant on the deck. If we had of known about the additional person we could have provided enough towels for you. Usually there is always a spare roll of toilet paper on the toilet window or inside the bathroom cupboard, we do sincerely apologise if this was not there for you and have informed our contract housekeepers on double checking there is always a spare roll. All the best with your future adventures

For a family stay in Bundaberg it was very central for what we were wanting to do. The communication was excellent as we had a couple of changes to the plan and arriving from interstate, but Kellys Beach Resort made it so easy

Hi Cathryn, Thanks for your feedback, as mentioned we have been in touch with Hotels.com/Expedia due to the events that occured during your time here. You failed to depart your villa on your check-out day, and then failed to check-in to your next villa accommodation resulting in management having to remove your items based on advise from a higher authority. Despite assistance from our team during your time here to extend due to your error in booking dates, we do not feel that your rating is fair or accurate of our property and your experience here considering the reason for the above.

The location and set out was really lovely but tired in a lot of places …unit very noisey due to fridge going on and off 24/7 and the unit in the roof continue noice ,shower window would not close made early morning shower chilly due to eco ness shower was only just warm summer fine winter no so added to the open window breezes of discomfort .couch corners not vacuumed in a long time …small things I know but they added up ..eye for detail when servicing makes a big difference.We were told no alcohol to be drunk in the unit ..that’s a bit tough after a long hours on the road to get there …but there were wine glasses …were they used ….

Hi Maggie, We apologise you experienced some issues during your time here at Kellys - your husband did come in to check regarding the hot water and our maintenance team did check to ensure nothing was wrong there for you. The units do have a small hot water system and they do only reheat at certain times so he had stated it was in the process of reheating up. Noone had mentioned regarding the window or this could have been rectified then and there for you! I do believe there has been a misunderstanding regarding drinking alcohol in your villa - this is not something we prohibit at all - hence the wine glasses in the room! The units are self catering, we cannot control what people drink and eat in there! We do not allow glasses from our restaurant/dinner to be taken back to the room as the villas have their own glasses or in the pool area for safety reasons. Hope this helps clear things up and we are so sorry this was misunderstood!
