We had a very welcoming stay at the Bundanoon Guesthouse. Cosy warm room, homemade scones and cookies in the guest lounge. Lucie and Tim were wonderful hosts.

The owners were very friendly and helpful. The property was beautiful, spacious and comfortable.
It was very relaxing with lots of comfortable communal spaces and delicious baked treats.

It's just across the road from a railway line but I didn't hear a train the whole time I was there.
