Amazing family trip

Beautiful Beach

They need to do much better at disclosing the shared outside areas. We were un-aware we would be spending our holiday weekend with them, their family and friends. Even though they were all wondeful people we were looking for something more private. The side of the deck that was our side was small and the parking was way to small for everyone and boats. Also their was no dishwasher which didnt matter to me because I always do my own dishes but the add said their was a dishwasher. Also my son broke through a deck board and the kitchen floor was very soft. We were waiting to fall through that also.

I have updated our property description to show the outside deck is shared and that our Barndo is located next door on the property. We have two pellet grills and a black stone griddle for our guests and us to use when we are there. The dishwasher is new and has been hooked up properly since this past winter and now has been taken off the list on the bulletin board in the kitchen that stated not to use dishwasher. Accidents do happen that is why we have extra wood to replace at any given time. We do maintain our upkeep on the woodwork on the deck and dock yearly or as needed. The parking area is 80 ft wide and 30 ft deep, which is the width of the property! The soft spots in the kitchen are being replaced, and are maintained seasonally. My husband assisted you after falling on the rocks that are located on the shoreline, and he watched your brisket when asked after your family left for Hemphill. We recommend that guests utilize the sand when entering and exiting the water, to prevent falling. I’m thankful we were there.
