Better than expected
Publié le 22 sept. 2023 sur HotelsI was aware the resort was kind of "rustic" in the sense of a natural park/water park - cabin, but to our surprise, it exceeded our expectation, our room was ample, clean and great. The staff was uber-kind and attentive to our needs, we were provided an informative package with all the activities and amenities they offer, I wish I had more time than just the weekend to explore the area; we all had fun. This is a family resort so expect pets and kids around.

A/C did not work facility said they would have a/c guy come out, they never showed. Fouton/couch was junk with springs sticking out everywhere. No place to sit. Screen on screened in porch had holes everywhere so didn’t work to keep bugs out.

My stay at Jellystone Park
Publié le 19 juill. 2023 sur HotelsThis was a very comforting visit. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was welcoming and the room was awesome. The only downside is The reception for the TV and cellphones wasn't the best. But overall it was an awesome visit!

Family girls trip
Publié le 12 nov. 2022 sur HotelsI'm so happy this popped up on my search, we've always wanted to stay and never had. My family last min said they would come early so I needed more room. It was just the ladies of the family so the open space of the premium 2 queens with bunks worked perfectly! We had room to have meals, visit, play cards, sleep... We went for walks safely, were close to needed stores etc. If we were to have other family with us, we would opt for the bigger cabin with separate rooms but this was ideal for what we wanted!
We were also connected (like a duplex) to a family who allowed their kids to scream & cry non stop. Thankfully they were only there 2 nights, it was not enjoyable but another reason we would choose a larger one next time. The staff are all unbelievably amazing here, I couldn't believe how fabulous everyone treated us. We were even given a tour for our next family gathering. Definitely a place we all want to go back to!

We enjoyed our cabin because it had a porch and chairs. We didn't like being against the road, tons of traffic noise.

Even better than expected!

I booked a rustic cabin online and when we arrived found that it was too close to the highway for us to rest well, so we decided to upgrade to a premium cabin much further away from the highway. We were luckily able to upgrade through the resort because hotels.com couldn’t be more unhelpful and unprofessional. Both women in the office were so helpful, kind, and professional! And the premium cabin was much larger and nicer than expected!
