Got stuck in a Snow storm and needed a last minute booking. Very accommodating, nice rooms with no adjoining room noise.

9:30 means 9:30
Publié le 22 août 2024 sur HotelsPlace was nice check In was simple and the service was awesome! Only down fall I would say is I spent $185 for the night and couldn’t even get a cup of coffee. I thought they said 6-10 for breakfast but it ended at 9:30, probably my mistake. But I go down to get breakfast for my kids around 9:20 or so and get cereal and orange juice, the lady cleaning glared at me and I said hello to no response. I get the food take it back to the room for my kids and go back for some coffee for my wife and myself to find the doors locked at 9:32. I ask the front desk worker if there is a place to get a cup of coffee to which she responded well looks like they locked it up already but I can go to town for some coffee. The coffee maker in the lobby was broke. I thought maybe I would get let me see if there is anymore left or I can knock to have her let you in, instead I got you can get some in town. For $185 I would think I would have had better service.

I am sorry to hear that you had a bad experience with the hotel and breakfast. Our breakfast hours do go from 6am to 9:30am every day. I can ensure you that once breakfast is closed, the coffee pots do come out into the hallway by the breakfast room. I will note your concerns so we can get this fixed and give you a better experience if you choose to come back and stay with us again.

Overall, a pretty convenient location for a nights stay (just off the freeway), but not too many dining options, and the breakfast was dry

The property was clean. The room was large but definitely needed to be updated. The breakfast was pretty mediocre. Even just some fresh fruit available would have been nice.
