Completely renovated one bedroom apartment in historical 1845 house. New kitchen with open floor plan and island that seats 4. Super comfy futon in the living room if you need an extra bed. New bathroom with modern feel juxtaposed with a classic claw foot tub. All brand new amenities with a touch of historical flair: high speed wifi, 65" tv, new hardwood floors through out, AC and heating controls. 7 minute walk to Church St. Close to UVM and Champlain College. One off street parking spot.

Great location and awesome space
Joe's apartment was perfect for our family. The space is well decorated, comfortably furnished and had lots of extras - you can tell he has put a lot of thought into providing everything a guest might need. We enjoyed walking to shops, restaurants, and bars and Joe provided some great suggestions. Highly recommend this apartment and we would love to stay here again

Modest exterior, but oh so comfy!
The work-in-progress that you first encounter belies the very well-appointed (and actually pretty modern) efficiency apartment within. The space was quiet, despite its proximity to a busy street and so many of the coolest things about Burlington. Quick access to lots of great restaurants, breweries, shopping, and recreational activities. Joe (host) provides just what you need to get started in the morning and wind down at night. Highly recommend for couples and would probably be good for young parents with well-behaved little ones.

Great space!
This apartment was a great location for our family of 4 to stay when dropping our kid off at Champlain College. The renovations Joe made to the place are a perfect use of the space and we could definitely see ourselves staying here again in the future. The driveway was a little tight for my truck (RAM 1500) so anything larger would probably have a hard time fitting down the driveway but we were thankful to have it because there were wall to wall cars everywhere on move in day.

Great place in a great location
This is a great little apartment that easily fit the 4 of us (me, my wife and our 2 teenagers). It was within walking distance of all kinds of things including just a great area to walk around for the sake of walking. The apartment is beautiful and comfortable, and the host was fantastic and friendly and very helpful in recommendations. If we’re in Burlington again this is the first place I’ll look to book.
