Beautiful view and easy access to Waterfront
Posted Aug. 22, 2024 on HotelsBeautiful hotel, friendly staff, spectacular view from the 7th floor Lakeside. Very comfortable. Best blackout shades I've encountered. That said, for the price point plus a resort fee, i didnt expect to also pay extra for parking.

Room service seemed insufficient. At end of day, our room had not been serviced, and it was time to get ready to go to dinner. We just asked for a set of towels for the night, instead of having the room made up.
Hotel was quiet. The bathroom had been updated but did not have a ventilation fan due to age of building. Nice furnishings and very clean.
