Nightmare Stay
Publié le 6 août 2024 sur HotelsThis was, by far the most horrible business stay I had this year. To start, they called me on the way to the hotel to tell me that they was canceling my room 2 hours prior to check in. I provided a credit card over the phone and still, when I got to the property the front desk lady was canceling my room. Mind you, I was there ahead of checking time. The front desk lady was nasty, rude and embarrassing us in front of other desk.
When we finally got to the room, it was destroyed, the bat top shower floor all full of hairs, nothing was clean.
We end up leaving a day early because of the horrific experience.
I rather stay on a cardboard house under a bridge than these filthy germ palace.

Good enough
Publié le 26 juill. 2024 sur HotelsOnly complaints were that the building needed a few updates. Neighborhood was a bit sketchy but the interior was locked up good and tight. Room was comfy. Bed was great. No towels in room but office had plenty. Breakfast was ok.no bread … no doughnuts, and no danishes. Weird. I had oatmeal
