Avis Breathtaking Hill Country Sunsets & private pool/hot tub + waterfront access

Solid and secluded get away.

There were 14 family members. Our stay was great, the pool was awesome! The amenities in the house were wonderful, nice kitchen and plenty of space throughout!

My friends and I spent a long weekend at the Leanin' K and had a fantastic time. Pros - There was plenty of room in the kitchen so we could store all our groceries and cook all our meals easily. The pool and hot tub were also amazing and the controls were easy to work with. We loved how secluded the property was and the scenery was lovely. We had a minor issue with a fan not working in the living room. We called the office and maintenance came over very quickly and fixed it. Cons - we only had 2 issues and they were small and not enough to detract from the overall trip. The plumbing in the house could use some work. The pipes were noisy when the upstairs bath sinks were on or the toilets were flushed, like there was air in the pipes. One of the upstairs bathrooms had faucets that were very hard to turn on and off. The shower in the master bath had very little pressure and several of the holes in the shower head were blocked. The other issue is that some of the upstairs beds had dents in the mattresses. Most likely the problem could have been fixed if the mattresses were turned periodically. As I said, these issues were minor and did not prevent us from having a fantastic time. We just felt that for what we were paying for the house, those little items should have been fixed ahead of time. One suggestion we had would be to set up a tent or some kind of covered, shaded area by the pool and maybe have some chaise lounges there for relaxing. Most of the pool area is out in the sun in the afternoons and we didn't always want to go inside straight out of the pool. Thank you to Mina and the onsite staff for being so friendly and answering all of our questions. We had a lovely time!

Property is secluded, slept 12, pool and hot tub, covered pavilion etc all made for great weekend stay...very much enjoyed!

We (10 friends) came down here just for a quick getaway weekend during the pandemic. The house was great, property was as advertised. Communication was great. Checkin and Checkout was easy! Would definitely return!

This place was beautiful and very nice! Plenty of room! Loved how many king beds there were! Will definitely be staying again!

Enjoyed everything about our stay.

Property was excellent. 5 bedrooms were exactly what we needed to spread out. Outdoor scene was great, pool was fantastic and stayed refreshing even on the 100+ degree days. We set up water volleyball which worked great for our group. If I were to nitpick I'd say that the outdoor pavilion (which was awesome) was a little disjointed from the pool area. If the pavilion was combined with the fireplace area it would have been incredible. Nonetheless, it was all enjoyable and did not lack for amenities or cleanliness. Would not hesitate to stay there again.

Everything was completely easy!

We loved our stay at Leanin K, it was a relaxing get away from the daily grind. The pool was fantastic, kitchen had everything we needed and wasn’t cluttered with leftovers from other visitors. Some of the beds upstairs are ready for replacement and the hot tub was a bit tricky to use, but Both were negligible compared to the positives of the overall experience. We enjoyed the trail access and the quiet surroundings. I appreciated the timely answers from the management staff to my numerous questions via text and email.
